This Deserves Attention!!! Good Samaritan in NY

This deserves national attention!  Steve St. Bernard, an MTA bus driver and Good Samaritan coming home from work made a rescue that should earn him a civilian service award .. and a few days of paid vacation ... with a paid vacation for him and his family.  Watch the live video of his bravery and the interview ... it's below.   When asked if he was a hero, his response should make us all stand back and think!  "No. A hero is a sandwich.  I just did what I would do for one of my own kids."

How better our country would be if we all took that approach.  Thank you Mr Steve St. Bernard, you are an American hero ... sandwich or not!
