This One Is On Me ...

I have been asked repeatedly over the span of my ministry how a person knows God is behind something.  I have researched scripture on the matter ... preached on it ... taught lengthy classes on following God's leading, etc.  In the end, there is a pretty clear indicator as to whether or not God is behind something you feel you are being compelled to do.  It is more of a question than a statement...

Is Satan out in front of you?  That's it ... that's the golden nugget.  All of the theology in the world is summed up in that question ... as I am watching unfold in my life right now as we are in transition wondering the same thing.  "God, is this really Your will for my life?"

I would think the enemy, in all of his craftiness would have figured out that some of us are to dagg'um stubborn to be bullied ... it brings out the fight in me.  I might of relented if things were made easier ... but his signature is clear.  He hates it ... he is causing unrest, confusion, and strife ... yep that pretty much settles it ... he does not want us pressing this door.

My response then???

"If you don't know me by now, you will never, never, never know me ..."
